With over a decade of experience in software development, starting with iOS and evolving into full-scale engineering leadership, I bridge the gap between product vision and execution. My journey in tech began in 2014 at Your Practice Online in Bangalore, where I got my first break as an intern iOS Developer. This was a chance made possible through the support of my uncle. That opportunity sparked my passion for mobile app development and laid the foundation for everything that followed. I continued my path at Next Big Thing Media Pvt. Ltd, joining as a Junior iOS Developer and contributing to several impactful mobile projects. This role helped shape my core development skills and introduced me to the fast-paced world of product delivery. At Transerve Technologies Pvt. Ltd, I took on the role of Lead iOS Developer within the GIS team, building advanced map-based data collection apps and deepening my expertise in location-aware technologies. At 7EDGE Pvt. Ltd, I evolved from leading the Mobile Division to becoming a Senior Manager, overseeing other engineering managers across various departments like UX Design, Web, Mobile, QA, Backend and DevOps. I focused on cross-functional leadership, scalable delivery practices, and building high-performance, innovation-driven teams. Now, at Grandworks, I drive end-to-end engineering initiatives across the entire tech stack from architecture and development to team leadership and project management.
