I joined Talbots December 8th, 1998 at the Talbots Columbia MD location as an ASM.I became part of Visual team Management for new Store openings with over fifteen new Talbots Stores between 19••••06, and then became the Co-Manager for the Woman’s division in 20••••06. Trained and developed newly hired Managers,Co-Managers and Assistant Managers. Participated and served enrichment programs to trained numerous management and associates for the Woman’s division, working and relocations and expansions of Woman’s StoresThroughout the East Coast.On June 2006 became the General Manager of the Talbots Annapolis location, successfully lead the team for Comp for three consecutive years and a new relocation on 2008. Trained, counseled, developed and motivated store Teams in District #107 as a Training Store Management in 2012 -present.Help develop new Pilot Programs for onboarding new and existent managers and associate for the Talbots Inc.
