ABOUT CECIL WALKER

Now Retired. Prior to retiring, I worked at the Intel Corporation for over 39 years. I worked in their IT team as a Senior Crisis Manager and Senior Crisis Communications Specialist. Prior to this role, I worked in an IT Operations team that specialized in Data Centers and Hosting. In this capacity I created the organizations branded identity as well as set policies and guidelines for communications within and from our organization. I also managed that group\'s internally developed service catalog utilizing the ITIL V3 Service Management Framework. At that time I also gained experience as a Usability Analyst (User Experience Champion) for our Hosting Portfolio. Previously worked at the Arizona Department of Public Safety as both a Criminalistics Programmer/Analyst and Mainframe Computer Operator (required security clearance and background investigation), and U-Haul International as a Senior Mainframe Computer Operator. I previously owned and operated a photography company called Pro Motion Photo where I specialized in motorsports photography (NASCAR, IRL, Rolex Grand-Am, Pro Autosports, TEAM AZ, AZTrackDay, etc). My primary focus now is supporting non-profit organizations with photo and video documentaries as a volunteer. This has included mission trips to foreign countries, photos for the Arizona Special Olympics, multiple churches and Christian organizations. Specialties: Internal Communications, Crisis Communications, ITIL V3 certified (Foundation, Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement), Internet DMZ knowledge, preserving brand identity, people management, customer orientation service skills, communications and marketing, Photography, Videography, Photo and Video Editing (FCP/Premiere Pro), web site design and maintenance (Service Catalog, SharePoint, Blogs, Forums, etc.).
