Global Head of Supplier Issue Management OversightLeading a global team, we work with our technology, risk and controls functions to address and reduce risk in our supply chain. Former EMEA Head of Diversity Opportunity and InclusionAs head of DOI in the region I lead a wonderfully diverse team responsible for implementing the global DOI strategy encompassing multiple protected characteristics. We partner firm-wide to ensure the lines of business and legal entities also benefit from the knowledge, network and cultural moments that we create. Involves regular briefings to the executive committee and legal entity boards across the region. I am a judge for both the Powerlist and the Black British Business Awards.I currently serve as a non-executive director of J.P. Morgan Jersey Trust Limited; and sit on the education advisory board of The Sutton Trust, a social mobility charity. In 2023 I was awarded the title Head of Diversity of the Year at the Burberry British Diversity Awards. Whilst in 2024 I was privileged to be added to the Diversity Powerlist, recognised by MIPAD at the UN general assembly as one of the most influential people of African descent of the year, and my team were recognised for Outstanding Achievement in DEI at the Baton Awards.Prior to my current roles I was a strategic IT Director who has led large global teams through complex change related to cyber security, infrastructure technology and business process achieving outstanding results in challenging commercial and regulatory environments:
