Served in several positions under the Nebraska Army National Guard since 2002-present to include: Recruiting and Retention NCO, Battalion Operations Sergeant, Resource Manager, College recruiting specialist, and Team Section Chief in two different regions. Prequalify individuals and determine their eligibility to serve in the National Guard. Assist recruiters to prepare and process new and prior service soldiers for enlistment; counsel individuals on their enlistment contracts and service obligations; monitor the units’ retention environment and evaluate retention activities. Ethical guardian for the government purchase programs protecting the taxpayer’s dollars by ensuring expenditures were within fiscal guidelines.
