I am a dedicated leader who takes the initiative and effective communicator with a high drive for involvement and a genuine enjoyment of intentional conversations. I am flexible, resilient, and people oriented who identifies the good in others. I bring strong organizational skills, a positive work ethic and a deep sense of loyalty to the teams and organizations I am involved in.I am in my third year at the University of Florida, majoring in Sport Management with a minor in Leadership. I currently work as a Supervisor in the Department of Recreational Sport and as an assistant to the Academic Advisors with the University Athletic Association. Through these roles, along with additional involvement and volunteer experiences, I have gained a broad exposure of the operational side of athletics and am eager to continue learning and growing within the field.I am particularly interested in athlete mental health as well as player and personal development. I am passionate about supporting student-athletes as they navigate the demands of competitive sport while prioritizing their overall well-being. I value opportunities to make a meaningful, individual impact by supporting personal growth, encouraging balance, and helping athletes achieve success without allowing performance to fully define their identity.
