Advise and inform students in the development of their study program, in changes of orientation and for course cancellations• Contribute to the action plan for success• Participate in various meetings to deploy the DALIA success module• Inform students of the Regulation on the path to success and College policies• Produce reports on performance indicators• Analyze student files, identify the causes or risks of failure and dropout, suggest appropriate support measures in these situations, follow up and report regularly on this subject to the management of the his service• Refer the student to the psychologist, the guidance counselor and other services offered by the College as needed.• Organize and animate, on occasion, with other stakeholders, information meetings or activities promoting the student\'s academic progress• Participate in various committees, such as program committees, the success committee and other internal and external committees• Do an administrative follow-up of the files on the different platforms, mainly CLARA, and the house documents• Collaborate in student follow-up
