About Cecilia Hahn
At Coder Kids, I co-founded a CS education program from scratch, reaching students and forging partnerships with 30+ schools across VA, MD, DC, NY and NC. At Ember Coding Lab, we are inspired by Lifelong Kindergarten and have reached students globally with one rule: if kids aren\'t excited about what we\'re building, we kill the project. No exceptions.I am a 3x founder and a product leader who has scaled international programs across education and fintech. I am a proud Gates Millennium Scholar and so proud of 17-year-old me for applying to every single scholarship in the 300-page book in high school. The education I received, only possible with the Gates Scholarship, changed my life and I’ve spent my career helping kids and families achieve the same.

Results:• students taught • 80% Sean Ellis score• 93% conversion rate after initial month How we got there: • Developed best-selling Roblox curriculum grounded in MIT Lifelong Kindergarten research, successfully engaging the 6-8 age group that\'s historically the hardest to teach effectively, • Integrated AI tools (Roblox’s Code Assist, Claude) into curriculum and instructor workflows, accelerating tutor accuracy without replacing the human relationship, and• Coaching students in the international biomimicry competition, where students identify local problems, research biological strategies using traditional and AI tools (NotebookLM, AskNature), and build working prototypes with computer vision and code
