Ensuring Quality Improvement and Education availability to assist staff through our QA Program and staff in-services Implementing the Quality Assessment process into all areas of the organization including complaints, incidents such as falls, and infections. Involving all levels of staff in the Quality Improvement process Evaluating services provided and maintain quality, cost-effective outcomes Analyzing data collection to improve performance and improve client outcomes- Providing competitive salaries
