I work in a creative and specialized role that blends the craft of coffee making with an in-depth knowledge and appreciation of botanicals. I go beyond the typical barista job by incorporating elements of herbalism, mixology, and a focus on natural ingredients. I have experience scheduling and coordinating meetings, deliveries of merchandise, and workshops. I\'ve developed connections with local residents to educate customers on their house plant care, native plant questions, and identifications. I track, manage, and keep accurate records of the company’s inventory which includes supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring the store\'s merchandise is properly accounted for and readily available. I have customer service experience answering the store phone and managing company email to correspond with clients regarding inquiries relevant to merchandise, recommendations, workshops, plant identification and care.
