Design T Tahari Womenswear collection • Responsible for selection and approval of fabrics, colors, prints and trims on samples from protos, sales samples and production • Working with international and local mills, factories and suppliers • Attend fittings and authorize all changes to dresses in production • Work closely with sales team and buyers to provide exclusive designs to different stores • Supervise design assistants and interns. • Design approval of all production cuts
