Originally from Argentina, I relocated to the United States in 2003, where I pursued my nursing education and built a dynamic career combining clinical expertise, disability management, and bilingual care delivery.I bring a diverse professional background that includes medical-surgical nursing, telephonic and field case management, workers’ compensation, disability management, legal nurse consulting, and experience in speech and language pathology, audiology, and medical translation. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, allowing me to effectively advocate for diverse patient populations and bridge communication gaps in complex care environments.I began my nursing career in the Medical-Surgical setting (2015–2018), earning my Certified Medical-Surgical RN credential. In 2018, I transitioned into nurse case management, where I have continued to grow professionally. I earned my Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification in 2020 and have since specialized in workers’ compensation and complex case coordination.In 2024, I was honored as a Marquis Who’s Who in America listee and achieved multiple certifications, including Associate Disability Management Specialist (CCMC), Legal Nurse Consultant (CLS), and Workers’ Compensation Professional credentials (AMCOMP and University of Michigan). I was also inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.In 2025, I completed my Master of Science in Nursing (Leadership & Administration) and earned my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt–Healthcare certification. I was also inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success.I previously served as a TCM/EIP Supervisor, where I led and supported nurse case managers, ensuring high-quality care delivery and effective case management practices within the workers’ compensation arena.Currently, I work as a Multilingual Telephonic Nurse Case Manager, supporting injured workers and stakeholders through effective care coordination, communication, and advocacy.
