   Collaborating with team to develop a curriculum, program schedule, and list of activities- Creating objectives and performance measurements for youth programs- Recruit, train, and manage new hires and volunteers in classroom management, cultural competencies, trauma-informed care, and behavior management and interventions- Plan, prepare, and implement an approved curriculum covering topics related to education, healthy living, spiritual formation, and economic development- Lead efforts to recruit program participants for the assigned location, including coordinating and/or attending recruitment opportunities- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partner schools, including regularly meeting and communicating with teachers and administrators at local schools- Maintain accurate program data and participate in data collection efforts- Communicate with program partners, and manage after-school program site and program within the approved budget- Ensure facilities are clean, organized, and conducive to learning and track inventory supplies and reorder as necessary- Organize community building events and create additional opportunities for students beyond the formal program, i.e. field trips, weekend trips, etc- Facilitate a classroom of students and/or fill in as needed when other team members are absent or unavailable to ensure there is no disruption of programs and services.
