I build and scale high-growth companies. Think of me when the early stage founders are focused on product and development, and/or GTM. They need a business partner to take care of the day to day operations and build the foundation to scale the company so it automagically works. I am known for adapting to rapid change; building strong relationships internally and externally; and solving for the company as a whole- I do what it takes to get the job done - At my last company, I built and scaled finance and accounting, HR, regulatory compliance and strategic partnerships to achieve exponential ARR growth. I personally recruited our first 20 employees because our culture is built on who we hire. I set up our SOC2 compliance so we can close enterprise customers. And all of that while leading day to day operations so payroll is processed, vendors are paid, financial reports are completed, and employees are supported. Think of me when you need someone who is willing to do what it takes to make sure that the company is running smoothly and supporting employees to hit their targets- I learn from the people around me - I quickly build trust and credibility. This comes from over a decade of consulting experience where I had to work closely with clients and mobilize a team to deliver fast with high quality- Solve for the whole company - I am known for driving strategic initiatives with cross functional implications. I was asked to lead the payments team at Expedia responsible for $27 billion in transactions across Expedia brands globally. We made sure that customers are charged and refunded the right amount every time. We also supported the Brands in new market expansion by figuring out what payment methods we need and setting up payment partners. Think of me when you need someone to work through ambiguity and limited resources to get the job done. Someone who is willing to do the actual work with curiosity, humility, and solving for the company as a whole.
