I led Shared Service transformation from design, business case to implementation for one of the biggest US Soda companies. Responsible for LATAM across multiple functions (finance, IT, HR, Ops, marketing and sales) I was the RTR design leader for a SAP S/4HANA implementation a midstream Oil & Gas Corporation. Responsible for SAP FICO and BPC assuring that Business needs and Finance Leading Practices are incorporated in the technical solution. I designed solutions for conventional and non-conventional shared services, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation of reports, variance analysis. My interest resides in helping clients understand the power and impact of shared services. I developed “hub and spoke” models with diverse degree of centralization. I focus on finding the right balance between quality, cost, and control by working together with client management and conducting focused interviews, I advocate this equilibrium is unique for each company and fluctuates over time
