I’m Cécile, Manager of the Design Factory within the Digital Factory at Royal Canin (Mars Group) since 2019. My team, composed of 40+ passionate experts, including 2 internalized Leads (UX Designers, UI Designers, User Researchers, UX Writers, and Service Designers), designs and continuously improves the brand’s digital products and services. Our mission: to deliver an optimal user experience for both pet owners (D2C) and our professional partners (breeders, veterinarians, nurses, and shelters).
