Since Jan 2026, I have joined the Board/Vorstand. I am currently based in Dusseldorf, Germany in charge of the Operations and Digital Business Unit. This BU is responsible for the quality of insurance services rendered, ensuring both customer satisfaction and efficiency of operational processes.
