Since 2015 at Owens Corning, I have driven the development and execution of robust IP strategies supporting business growth, R&D, and market leadership across multiple regions.My expertise covers the full spectrum of IP with a strong business acumen and a collaborative, cross-functional approach. I also lead the Community Engagement team, supporting five local humanitarian associations supported by the OC Foundation in relation to Owens Corning’s social initiatives.Globally, I work closely with R&D and Marketing teams, committed to empowering teams, mentoring future leaders, and contributing to the sustainable growth of the company through effective protection and valorization of Intellectual Assets.
