I provide advice on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning, the use of trusts, partnerships and structures, wills and all aspects of private client work, including work with a foreign element. I advise clients with complex affairs, family problems or difficult assets.I also advise entrepreneurs in relation to their businesses and all generations of the family in regard to family businesses, including farming businesses. While some of my clients are Surrey-based, the majority reside elsewhere in the UK or overseas.
