As a Director of Quality, Risk in Hospital settings, including, Specialty Care, Critical Access, Acute and ancillary services. Typically lead the design, implementation, and oversight of the clinical quality improvement program, Infection Prevention and Contro, the Risk Management and Compliance Programs.Each requiring specific compliance activities and organization wide survey preparedness. Decades of senior leadership experience in hospitals and healthcare continuum services, and a certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ).My mission has always been, to position my organization for the future of healthcare, which changes:at the speed of light\" keeping the patient at the center of care across the continuum of services. I communicate results and seek innovations to operationalize improvements to the processes and systems used to achieve desired outcomes. Successfully decreasing risks by fostering respect, as a norm, teamwork, excellence, and accountability, and by promoting a just culture, a culture of safety, and high reliability.
