MY STORY I was one of them. I suffered my own burnout meltdown a few years ago and was so frustrated with the isolation and the \"quick fixes\" that didn\'t work. I read lots of books but struggled with \"how does this apply to me? How do I make this work in my situation?\" As I worked through my own recovery, I created a community of professionals who were there with me in the trenches, all at different phases of their own journeys. We posted, messaged, talked, Zoomed, cried, and laughed. HOW? How can you unlock your own unique needs without a plan and a guide? That\'s what I was hearing from my new tribe. Individualized work = results that last and help us find the peace and freedom that we\'re missing in the throes of burnout. WHO I HELP & HOW I GET RESULTS I work with professionals who are ready to pause the chaos and create strategic goals and take INTENTIONAL action to move their businesses and lives forward. The Growth Coach offers a unique blend of group coaching and 1:1 coaching also available. Either way, you get the coaching you need and deserve. Business consulting on a project or ongoing basis is also offered.
