Hi! I am a former Division I athlete turned master\'s student in organizational psychology with a passion for understanding people, motivation, and performance. My background is uniquely interdisciplinary: I\'ve supported student-athlete academic success at USC, coached youth water polo in SF, managed client relationships in finance at Northwestern Mutual, and contributed to luxury design operations in interior design. Across all these roles, I\'ve learned how to collaborate under pressure, adapt quickly, build trust, and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. I\'m known for being a fast learner, a hard worker, and someone who brings the same discipline and coachability from sports into my professional life. I\'m motivated by roles where I can help people grow, solve meaningful problems, and apply organizational psychology principles in real, impactful ways.
