Seasoned professional holding a Master of Laws in International Law (LLM) from University of Miami School of Law and Masters of Science in Education (MSC) from Nova Southeastern University, whose primary degree is bachelor in Law (LLB) from \"Universidad Santa Maria\" School of Law in Caracas-Venezuela. My initial professional background was as court clerk at Venezuelan Criminal Court, and later for private Law Firms in Venezuela as litigator in Commercial, Civil and Family matters. In the United States I have had performed hands on work and developed deep knowledge in contract and document review, as well as preparation of legal documents in several languages. Additionally, my experience in document review was focused to advance discovery for litigation processes. I have been working in the Global Migration and mobility field since 2015, directly with Law Offices around the world as liaison with their international practice. I have worked directly with United States immigration attorneys and small immigration law firms as paralegal, law clerk and expert in relocation matters to the United States. I am fluent in English, Spanish and proficient in Italian and Portuguese.*I am currently in the process of getting the U.S. license as attorney working as an expert non-attorney in the U.S. in the areas of Global migration, immigration and business consulting.
