Design and deliver an Actions Management program including roadmap, policies and associate procedures• Participate in Cyber Risk program design and the establishment and maintenance of comprehensive Cyber Risk Governance processes and procedures • Manage and continuously improve the Cyber Risk & Controls framework and associated processes based on knowledge of the business, threat landscape, and requirements of those cybersecurity frameworks to which Insulet adheres (i.e. NIST CSF, ISO 27001:2022)• Quantify and prepare Key Risk Indicators to demonstrate residual risks, prioritize remediation actions, and/or outline and facilitate criteria for risk acceptance and Key Process Metrics to assess performance against Cyber Risk goals• Provide guidance and support to business units on Cyber Risk best practices and risk mitigation, aid in advising legal and procurement on IT security language of vendor contracts, and collaborate across departments to manage third-party risk• Assist in the development of a controls testing approach to provide assurance on the coverage, design, and operating effectiveness of IT Controls and support the function in internal and external audits• Collaborate with the Cyber Risk Governance Manager and the Cyber Risk Assurance Manager to develop and maintain the department\'s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform and tooling
