As Chief Operating Officer at Intrusion, it’s my job to put processes and pathways in place that ensure superior experiences for our clients, drive licensing revenue, and create long-term value for stakeholders. As a former c-suite executive, elite business coach, director, and entrepreneur (several times over!), I’m passionate about guiding and empowering people to create exciting, profitable change through collaboration and teamwork. Like many other business leaders and innovators, I discovered my entrepreneurial spirit at a young age. Born into a family of business owners, at 10, I remember helping my grandmother with the payroll and hearing my parents talk about business challenges at the dinner table. This is the foundation for my growth mindset, passion for knowledge, and resolve to help businesses. Over the past 25 years, I’ve been blessed with an opportunity to work in a variety of leadership roles and industries, including retail energy, clean energy, SAAS, direct sales, banking, international real estate, mergers and acquisitions, hospitality, and healthcare. A few of my career highlights include: Increasing revenue by $200M to $1.9B as Officer of Public Company Growing a “software as a service” company to service 3+ million worldwide users Coaching executives of Fortune 500 companies, professional sports teams, and private equity groups Securing $100M+ in capital for multiple real estate projects around the globe Beginning a career at PricewaterhouseCoopers after earning a master’s degree and CPA license Through my previous experiences, I have shaped my current leadership style and developed a \"superpower\" for taking complicated things and making them simple. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking with my wife, and traveling - whenever work takes me to a new location, I always spend an extra day enjoying the sights and culture. I’m also an avid sports fan and have a particular love for college football.
