As Cost Estimator at Precision Inc. I am in charge of preparing cost proposals based on drawings and specs provided by project owners. Additionally, I work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes for estimates preparation. As part of my role, I help with the training of Junior Estimators and Interns. Under this endeavor I have been part of the team that implemented the use of HCSS HeavyBid and drone technology. Additionally, I provide support for projects that are currently under construction. I am convinced that this is important for any estimator to keep up to date with the market trends.
