   Sole Regional Recruiter responsible for hiring across 100+ infusion suites throughout the US.Manage end-to-end recruitment for 6 Managers, 4 Directors, and 1 Vice President.o Conduct intake calls with Hiring Managers and update job descriptions to incorporate specific details, post positions, source passive candidates and review applicants, conduct initial interviews, decide which candidates to advance or reject, present candidates to HMs, monitor candidates throughout the interview process, discuss compensation with Hiring Managers once a candidate is chosen and draft the offer letter, obtain necessary approvals for offer letters, extend offers, assist with queries and compensation negotiations, confirm start dates, and communicate acceptance or decline.o Explain the background check process to new hires and send a New Hire Notification email to all relevant parties.Manage background check process.o Submit candidate details to Certiphi and monitor the background check progress, address any background check red flags, and manage any other factors that could delay the candidate\'s start date.o Update the New Hire Onboarding tracker as new hires progress through the onboarding stages. o Coordinate with the third-party background processor Certiphi to ensure timely scheduling of TB testing.o Create the Employment Agreement and PRN Requirement Letter and incorporate them into the Welcome Email along with I-9 information and the Job Description.o Initiate pre-adverse action as needed and collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Operations to make final decisions based on pre-adverse outcome.Reevaluate the recruitment process and adjust as needed to maintain momentum.Maintain and share reports on time-to-fill, the number of days in specific statuses in Workday, new requisitions vs. backfills, and address various leadership inquiries.Manage ATS and related documents to ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEOC guidelines.HR/Talent Management Special Projects
