About Colin Dipaola
Finance data and technology transformation leader, supporting a Fortune 100 organization. As the leader for my department while also managing a large scale finance transformation, I consistently influence in a highly matrixed organization. I lead a global team of data, reporting, analytics, and product professionals while managing a large-scale digital transformation program which touches every business unit within the finance organization. I set the overall data and systems strategy and influence leaders at the senior executive levels. I regularly report on progress and vision to senior leaders and work to influence decisions to achieve our organization’s strategic goals. I use storytelling strategies and data visualization to bring executives along to decision points, key to moving us towards our goals. I take an active part and act as a partner to the executive team in StraP and AOP operations, setting expectations and planning new technology implementations within the finance space. I work closely with cross-functional, executive leaders to influence decisions to further our strategic planning goals. I work directly with an IT and business project management organization to drive change and accountability through business stakeholders and executive leadership. I also work to drive effective change, communications, and training (CC & T) strategy with stakeholder groups to provide appropriate support to the business teams to ensure successful adoption. Within my team, I am responsible for the development of those within my reporting line. I work through coaching and a growth mindset to affect change and best practices. I work with my team to identify areas of opportunity and develop and lead the implementation of new processes and strategies to improve the colleague experience.
