Restaurant group owned by 5-time James Beard Best Chef Southeast nominee, Chef John Fleer (Rhubarb, The Rhu, Benne on Eagle). Started as Assistant General Manager at Rhubarb from September 2017 until November 2018, when I opened Benne on Eagle (recently named one of TIME Magazine\'s 100 World\'s Greatest Places) as General Manager. Role evolved to include multi-faceted management across the restaurant group: all Human Resources aspects such as upholding best practices for job postings, hiring, reviews, employee rewards and discipline, payroll, benefits administration, and in-house accounting, managing social media and email marketing, responding to reviews, and guiding training and development across all three venues.
