Directly reporting to the Company Chief Executive Officer, my role is to ensure the development and implementation of methodologies and project management processes aimed at the engineering and construction, fulfilling the industrial investments, taking the responsibility of the CapEx from the FID to the COD, according with the Company targets defined in terms of time, cost, quality and HSE performance. Working closely with the Business Development team, ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT covers the full spectrum of the project life cycle, from feasibility and permitting to execution design and construction, supporting ERG\'s industrial growth in the WIND, SOLAR, HYDRO, and COGENERATION PLANT fields. Further responsibilities Team Leader of the \"RE-POWERING and RE-BLADING PROGRAM\"(RRP) with the aim to achieve the technological improvement of the Italian wind asset through a large-scale WTG\'s substitution of ageing wind turbines (4MW). I manage a multifuncional team able to successfully pass through all the authorization steps obtaining the consents needed from the Public Authorities (National Authorizations, Regional Authorizations, Landleases, Grid Connection) applying a high anemology performance engineering layout able to offre a growth of about 3x in terms of power increase and 4x of energy increase.
