ABOUT CARLA DE CERVANTES

I have been an executive coach and leadership facilitator since 2007. I care deeply about people, and their well-being. My work with clients moves quickly to root cause, in a way that supports them to build capacity, consistently connect with their deepest wisdom, engage in aligned action, and interact with others with openness, clarity and compassion. This work is not simple skill-building, it is deeply transformational. It incorporates mindfulness, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Experiencing, embodiment practices, and Positive Neuroplasticity. I am also available to support preparation for and integration of psychedelic experiences for ongoing clients. My clients are CEOs, C-suite executives, and founders who are deeply committed to leading in a way that: encourages courageous conversations and authentic relating builds trust & belonging, and amplifies possibilities by honoring differences promotes sustainable high performance at the individual and team levelI serve on the Global Management Board Inclusion & Belonging Committee for Stanford GSB Women’s Circles, facilitate peer-based sessions for cross-industry cohorts of C-level female executives, and mentor seasoned executive coaches. As an adoptee, a Latina, and the daughter of immigrants, I have had a lifelong fascination with what makes people tick, how to connect deeply and communicate effectively across differences, and how to catalyze sustained transformation. I am passionate about dismantling whatever gets in the way of aliveness, well-being, love and deep connection.
