Charles Brown is an award-winning attorney recognized by dozens of organizations. He is also considered a thought leader on a variety of legal topics, including technology, digital marketing, and Web3. Charles has worked on multiple DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) and NFT (non-fungible token) projects. He is one of the founding members of The Web3 Law Center. The Web3 Law Center is a platform for lawyers, law firms, business owners and others to learn, share information and gain knowledge of Web3 and what it entails. As we prepare for the next iteration of the internet, Charles is helping pave the way for pioneers who want to be ahead of the learning curve. With more than a decade of experience in digital marketing and technology, Charles is continuing to advance his understanding of how these concepts may change with Web3. In his role as professor, Charles is helping to shape the next generation of legal minds at a time when innovation is crucial.During his time as a healthcare litigator, Charles helped injured victims with cases involving hospital malpractice, nursing home malpractice, physician malpractice, and nursing malpractice. Additionally, he has handled significant cases involving vending and services contracts between vendors and hospitals, commercial disputes between hospitals, and employee injury claims by hospital employees. Charles is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of Louisiana. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas.And, perhaps most importantly, Charles won the 6th Annual Seaside Rotary Club\'s Chili Cookoff.
