Spearheaded numerous additional revenue generation strategies including increasing ticket sales, event day food and beverage, merchandise and event specific partnerships and sponsorships along with evolving and refining organizations brand strategies and fan experiences. Extensive experience developing measurements and monitoring performance, ensuring organizations long-term financial viability and the achievement of the operational and strategic goals. As President of Iowa Speedway, shaped and directed eight-figure revenue and operating budgets, implementing efficiencies for six-figure cost savings. As President of Motor Racing Network, grew revenue from $3M to $20M, presiding over the growth and expansion of the network, raising it to its highest levels of earnings, staffing, and profitability along with realizing double-digit revenue growth for 10 straight years. Headed talent recruitment, maintaining accountability through training, inspiration, teamwork, and constructive reviews along with crafting public affairs strategies, streamlining public affairs processes, and lobbying for permanent tax exemptions. In addition, advocated legislative priorities to Members of Congress and Executive Branch Officials in Washington, DC.    Capturing the technology developed in the United States’ space program and applying it to the field of education while honoring and memorializing those astronauts who have sacrificed their lives for the nation and the space program. With the financial help of more than 300 corporate partners, the citizens of Florida who purchase Challenger/Columbia auto license tags and thousands of space enthusiasts giving their time, money, and energy, we work at fostering an understanding of space exploration among young people and teachers to improve American Education through the accelerated and effective application of technology in our schools.
