And the number of people you can be truly honest with shrinks the further you go.I\'ve been fortunate to experience leadership across many situations firsthand — the best part of three decades in investment banking, most recently as Global COO of Treasury at Deutsche Bank. Managing a €140M budget, leading people, driving culture and business through crisis, navigating complexity that challenged me to grow as a person and as a leader.What those years taught me is that the most important leadership challenges aren\'t strategic. They\'re human.That\'s the work I do now.I partner with CEOs, COOs and Founders as a thinking partner, executive coach and trusted advisor. People who are scaling fast, navigating transformation, or sitting with dilemmas that don\'t have easy answers.My clients don\'t want a cheerleader.
