   Chapter Leader of a team of Agile Coaches supporting the Agile transformation of the Enterprise Technology organization. Leadership in the service of coaches, including development and learning plans, roadmap definition and ordering, aligning with client strategies, staffing and alignment, and the delivery of coaching services to enterprise cloud, software engineering, and enterprise data and application architecture services. Previous, Agile coaching in support of the Digitization of Client Services in Personal Investing, spanning Digitization and Automation Services and Digital Shared Services. Responsible for improving team delivery practices, producing shorter cycle times, lead times, and time to value. Individual and team coaching spanning design-thinking in the discovery loops, Agile/Lean capabilities in the delivery loop, and strategic planning in the portfolio and program backlogs driving rapid, incremental delivery of capabilities tied to organizational KPIs. Achieved on average a 33% increase in delivery velocity, focusing on incremental value delivery, identifying the best first customer for capabilities, and automating recurring non-value work steps. Major overall gains were achieved through shifting the team focus from completing solutions to enabling associate and client capabilities levering KPI shifts toward targets. Resolved key conflicts within and across teams through individual and team coaching, applying SBI, ORSC, and team building. Focus on shifting team dynamics from status updating to collaborative decision making and shifting role-based activities (e.g testers) to shared team responsibilities (e.g. testing). Providing coaching to Tribe leadership, Squad Leadership, and individual associates.
