About Corey Ferguson

Corey has over 22 years of experience and has completed more than $400 million in transactions in commercial real estate in the Houston area. He is a licensed broker in the state of Texas and earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), designation in 2003. CCIM is one of the largest educational and networking organizations for commercial real estate brokers and investors in the world. Corey served as President of the CCIM Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter in 2006. Corey began his career as a marketing specialist for CB Richard Ellis before joining The Staubach Company (now Jones Land LaSalle), where he focused on industrial, land and investment real estate. His early success in the industry won him recognition as the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Rising Star in Houston Industrial Real Estate. In 2005 Corey began working independently, investing in land and income-producing properties and developing industrial, retail, office and medical facilities in Texas. He founded Raintree Commercial, LLC to offer clients the benefit of his extensive experience in brokerage, investment and development in the Houston area. Corey graduated from Texas Christian University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in accounting. While attending TCU, he served as Social Chairman and Rush Chairman for the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He graduated from Memorial High School in Houston, TX. Corey is an advocate of, and was a long-time volunteer with, Young Life ministries. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Imperial Performing Arts.
