During my career with Motorola Mobility Home Business Unit (formerly Broadband Communication Sector) and now Arris, I have become one of the key “go to” players for the introduction and deployment of new Cable Modem Termination system (CMTS) Hardware and Software product features and functionality. With routine visits to major domestic and international customers’ test lab and dialog with critical customers’ Engineering and Operation teams, I am bringing customer feedback into Engineering and Sales for continuous product improvement. I am also involved in all major customers’ pressing issue investigation and feature requirement designs. My role is to lead and/or coordinate a cross-functional team of engineers, and bring resolution to the customers.From new products prove of concept in customer lab verification to early deployment, my commitment to “control, contain and communicate” issues has resulted in customer acceptance and systematic product rollout.In recent years, I have worked with lead architects on initiatives such as Upstream Channel Bonding, SCDMA functionality field trial on US and European locations, and the next generation traffic management of a major European customer. I also engaged with other Business Units with Motorola Mobility Home (Cable Modems and HFC Transports) to provide complete end-to-end solutions and designs to meet customer needs.
