Holding the prestigious Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential, I exemplify the highest standards of professional competence in association management, underscoring my commitment to lifelong learning and leadership in the field.My tenure as Director of Professional Learning and Certification is marked by an exceptional track record of leading cross-functional teams to extraordinary achievements, fostering strategic innovation, and securing outstanding outcomes. My leadership philosophy is anchored in driving business growth, operational excellence, and enhancing customer experiences through strategic insight and an empathetic approach to team and community engagement.Beyond operational leadership, my analytical prowess has been a cornerstone in identifying and leveraging key growth drivers, enhancing profitability, and streamlining operations.
