Analyze projects to determine door, frame, and hardware scope, schedule requirements to effectively bring project within the budget and on time.• Planning the work that is required to be complete, getting the necessary personnel and assigning the correct duties to the right team members.• Coordinating tasks on different projects and sites as required to complete the work.• Managing both internal and external risks within the projects lifetime, such as poor planning designs and government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project.• Build reports and create a team environment where all those with project responsibilities work well together, while providing mentorship to team members and other PM’s to enhance/share knowledge.
