    Key Projects:Confidential CO2 Capture Study, US Gulf CoastProcess optimization and value engineering for new carbon capture system to be integrated within a major operating LNG export facility. The work assessed risks, costs and timelines to collect, dry and compress CO2 from existing acid gas removal units into a common terminal point at the site boundary for sequestration or utilization.Olive Creek 2 FEED, Monolith Materials, Hallam, NEFollow-on FEED for a 196k tpy carbon black and 930 MT ammonia facility. Deliverables included a process design basis, PFD’s, discipline design criteria, P & ID’s, plot plans, process hazard analysis, value engineering, ammonia technology oversight and integration, and a lump sum EPCC price, level 3 EPCC schedule and execution plan. The facility includes ammonia production, storage, loading and balance of plant integration of an air separation unit, steam, electrical generation and other common utilities.Venture Global Calcasieu Pass, LLC, Venture Global LNG, Cameron Parish, LAEPCC for a 10.7 MTPA LNG facility. The complex includes a pretreatment unit, an 18-train liquefaction system, two 200k m3 LNG storage tanks, two vessel loading berths, a 611 MW 5x2 combined cycle power island supplemented with an additional 25 MW turbine and pipeline interface facilities. The complex is enclosed with a 31 ft high steel storm surge wall and a 26 ft high earthen berm on the jetty side. The extensive modular design includes the pretreatment system, liquefaction system and the majority of piperacks being fabricated offsite in large modules and barged to site. Fields Point Liquefaction Design, National Grid, Providence, RIEPCC for a 0.145 MTPA liquefaction train an existing peak shaver facility. The basic process includes gas pretreatment, compression and nitrogen cycle liquefaction with electric-driven compressors. The work was performed within a brownfield facility during ongoing operations.
