Senior advisor to devise and implement several solutions related to process and quality improvements for project management at the Centre de Services Régional division. Identify and correct inefficiencies in governance model, workflow and processes for capacity management, portfolio management and project delivery. As a Senior Project Manager, manage and deliver multiple projects for the Centre de Services Régional. Successfully led a major program to overhaul the Oacis application (Electronic Health Record system) for 26 public health centers located across the province of Quebec (20••••24)(over 4 500 people/day). Currently managing a large-scale infrastructure migration to Clouds to move over 600 systems out of our existng data centers to Azure Clouds Services (2024.).
