My role balances high-stakes technical execution with client relationship management to ensure seamless event delivery across campus venues.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Production: Operate and troubleshoot complex AV systems, including digital audio mixers, projection systems, and DMX lighting consoles to support guest speakers, conferences, and student life events.Venue Logistics: Execute rapid \"flips\" and venue transitions, overseeing the physical setup and teardown of equipment in event spaces.Equipment Management: Maintain and inventory professional-grade audio, video, and lighting hardware, ensuring all systems are calibrated and operational for back-to-back bookings.Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact and office representative for internal and external clients, translating technical requirements into actionable production plans.Collaborative Execution: Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary crew to manage signal flow and stage management under tight deadlines.
