In my current role I hold responsibility for business development within the Defence sector at TWI. This includes planning and proposal generation as well as oversight of delivery and account management. This role involves program and account management across a portfolio of £millions. I act as a trusted first point of contact for existing and new accounts alike and work towards becoming their trusted advisor and internal network towards expert advice. I am regularly engaging with industry and trade bodies as well as the MoD and monitoring government priorities to ensure our offerings remain aligned. I work across internal teams of technical specialists, project managers, senior management and procurement to ensure customer satisfaction and joined-up processes internally.
