1. Senior Technical Program Manager

   I lead and manage strategic new product and technology introduction programs within the Perceptual Calibration team, focusing on the development and delivery of the new online calibration solutions for our XR products. I defined, prioritized, and managed program roadmaps for the Orion and Artemis display online calibration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. I develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hardware and software engineers, product managers, and other TPMs. I identify and mitigate risks, removing obstacles to ensure successful program execution and timely delivery. Through regular reports and presentations, I communicate project status, progress, and risks to senior leadership, stakeholders, and partners.Achievements:Successful validation of the Eye Tracked Dynamic Distortion Correction (ETDDC) model in the Delphi Display Tracking system in preparation for Artemis.Successful implementation of a mechanical calibration model. This model corrects for display misalignment caused by mechanical stress on the device.Successful implementation of an Online Calibration Validation (OCalVal) solution. A metrology solution to quantitatively measure visual misalignment with and without correction to meet product KPIs.
