   Report and visualize daily financial data on accounts receivable (A/R) aging, inventory, and general ledger cash positions and trends in Power BI, applying data visualization best practices, to support working capital and cash flow management.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as A/R turnover, inventory turnover, days sales outstanding (DSO), and days on hand (DOH), driving improvements in procurement and A/R collection processes, to potentially strengthen liquidity and product sales outcomes.Process same-day ACH vendor payments, twice-a-week, in the Controller’s absence by paying CFO-approved invoices, generating NACHA files in the ERP system, and submitting payment batches to the bank.Extract, clean, and reconcile biweekly payroll data, using Microsoft Excel, to prepare and post payroll journal entries to the general ledger, in compliance with accounting standards and data integrity requirements.Execute month-end closing activities, including payroll accrual-reversal journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and precise financial statement reporting and analysis.Record fixed asset acquisitions and classify capital expenditures on a monthly basis, in accordance with corporate capitalization policies, to accurately report long-term assets and operating expenses in financial statements and analyses.Prepare and streamline monthly bank reconciliations, applying advanced Excel techniques, investigating outstanding items, posting corrective journal entries, and providing actionable insights in accounts payable (A/P) and receivable (A/R) processes to reflect correct end-of-month cash positions.
