Adding value by contributing my expertise in ASC 740 plus 25 years of professional experience to relevant projects and opportunities while serving public and large private clients across different technology, retail, and other industries.Experienced in leading teams to resolve complex transactions across industries for public and private companies, as follows:• Reconstructed the intercompany federal and state tax payable and receivable account balances between the parent holding company and its operations subsidiary group over a 10 year period, necessitated by a sale of the operating group.• Recast five years of financial statement tax entries and three years of footnote disclosures to move pension accounting from other comprehensive income to operating income. Project included reversing three different OCI tax accounts to zero for 12 jurisdictions with varying valuation allowances, foreign branch activity, and statutory rate changes.• Completed a two-year rollforward of all deferred tax accounts on a consolidated basis and individually for all 71 subsidiaries, including two stock acquisitions and a restatement for a public company.
