About Christine B.
I\'m passionate about using technology to build healthy communities including in education, healthcare, food security, and shelter. I\'ve got individual and small group project experience in Ruby on Rails, and JavaScript with React, as well as university work with C++, Java, and Perl. I primarily use Windows or Linux operating systems. I am currently independently studying Microsoft Azure services, and Python.I\'ve moved to Germany, Japan, Ecuador, and Saudi Arabia and learned their spoken languages on the fly. I have kept a cool head and helped preserve people\'s mind and body on 911 calls.I\'m adaptable, quick to learn new things, and get along with people easily. I\'ve been known among English-teaching colleagues as an \"English-to-English translator\" because I\'m a great facilitator, helping people around me work together effectively and cooperatively. I believe in taking big problems and breaking them down into solvable parts. I\'m not interested in getting credit, I\'m interested in getting results.
