Over the past five years at Stantec, I established a power and infrastructure business from inception to more than $8 million in annual enterprise revenue, leading a multidisciplinary team of 20+ professionals while owning full P&L, annual budgeting, and portfolio-level delivery governance.What sets me apart is cross-domain fluency. I operate with equal command across power systems, utility negotiation, development strategy, engineering execution, and construction delivery. I routinely align developers, utilities, engineers, authorities having jurisdiction, and executive stakeholders around capital, schedule, and risk. That ability to translate across technical and commercial boundaries is what allows large infrastructure programs to scale without losing governance or financial discipline.My foundation spans 20+ years of progressive infrastructure responsibility. I built financial and constructability discipline in commercial construction, developed stakeholder integration and operational governance skills through the U.S. Army Reserve, and evolved over the last decade into power-focused infrastructure leadership covering data center-adjacent and colocation environments where power certainty and structured delivery are non-negotiable.After building and leading a 20-person delivery organization, I have intentionally transitioned into a growth-focused role to concentrate on strategic expansion, market positioning, and enterprise opportunity development. I am pursuing a UW-Madison Executive MBA to deepen expertise in enterprise finance, capital strategy, and portfolio-level decision-making. My objective is Senior Director or VP-level responsibility where capital allocation, platform design, organizational scaling, and disciplined execution must align to drive sustained infrastructure growth.
