About Courtney Boss

As a Senior Project Manager at TCH The Centers for Habilitation, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the AbilityOne Program, which not only provides job placement and job training to individuals with disabilities but also ensures compliance with contract requirements, schedules, ratios, and quality of service. I have over five years of experience managing and supporting multiple AbilityOne contracts, ranging from food service to housing maintenance, across different federal agencies and locations. My passion for service and education in entrepreneurship and government contracting has enabled me to develop and apply process improvement, team building, interpersonal skills, and quality management skills. I have also completed several courses through the Defense Acquisition University and SourceAmerica Academy to enhance my knowledge and competencies in the contracting field. My ultimate goal is to use my skills and experience to serve, teach, and empower the youth, the community, and employ people with disabilities, creating opportunities for all to thrive and succeed.
