Building bridges - with over 25 years of work experience in IT enabled business transformation, I am a founder / Managing Director at Amaranth Advisory and was long-term executive board member at CORE SE, a specialized IT and management consultancy and IT engineering provider (now an EPAM company). Everything I\'ve learned throughout these years proves the focus always to be on the people and enabling teams to combine different strengths towards a common goal. In this sense it is my passion to build bridges between top leadership and operational delivery, between business minds and IT nerds, between start-up style and corporate strengths. I\'m driven by the belief of creating value by fostering excellence derived from collaboration of experts with diverse perspective and enjoy contributing my experiences (good and bad) to any transformational endeavor.
